Job Summary
Lead end-to-end product management of Amalgamated Bank’s banking and treasury solutions, partnering with stakeholders to develop the roadmap, drive commercialization, and improve profitability while ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, defining product features and requirements, working with Technology, Risk, and Operations to lifecycle-manage products, collaborating on marketing and training materials, and guiding vendors and cross-functional teams through product development and implementation. The role supports a hybrid work model with in-office and remote collaboration, based in New York, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3-5 years in direct product management and/or management consulting
- Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in Consumer, Commercial Banking or Treasury Services
- Experience with vendors including Q2, FIS and Salesforce
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team to drive projects and deliverables
- Excellent communication skills and client/stakeholder relationship management
- Fluency in Microsoft Office including advanced Excel
- Hybrid/work-from-home capability and ability to collaborate remotely
