Job Summary
Set product strategy based on user research, business analysis, and core competencies to help students navigate financial decision-making and reduce debt. Partner with design, research, and engineering to develop solutions that address user pain points along the journey. Conduct user interviews, design experiments to validate hypotheses, and translate needs into new feature ideas. Continuously prioritize the roadmap and manage feature delivery while using web analytics to understand customer behavior and identify opportunities. Work with cross-functional stakeholders to bring solutions to life.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience at leading technology companies in Growth, Product Management, or other roles bridging business and technology
- Deep analytical capabilities - dive in to find insights, even (especially) in messy or incomplete data
- Grittiness - you'll dive in and tackle our biggest growth challenges hands-on
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Finance
Desired Qualifications
- MBA preferred
- Financial services, Fintech, or lending familiarity is a plus
