Job Summary
Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise data platforms in alignment with business goals. Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, while conducting market research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder interviews to inform product decisions. Prioritize features based on business impact and technical feasibility, driving development efforts including requirement definition, backlog management, and timely delivery of high-quality releases. Collaborate with engineering, data science, and operations to ensure alignment on data governance, privacy controls, and scalable architecture. Oversee product rollout plans and adoption strategies, continuously analyzing metrics to optimize user experience and business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in product management
- Track record of delivering successful data management or analytics products
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Deep understanding of enterprise data platforms
- Knowledge of ETL tools and processes
- Knowledge of data quality management
- Knowledge of metadata management
- Knowledge of analytical data management
- Strong knowledge of data architecture
- Knowledge of data modeling
- Knowledge of database technologies
- Experience with big data technologies
- Experience with cloud data platforms
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks
