Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for internal data platform foundations. Responsible for discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement across platform services and data access; translate user needs into clear requirements; manage prioritised product backlog; partner with engineering to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions; improve access to data products while balancing usability, privacy, and security; track adoption and outcomes; support transition from legacy workflows to simpler platform solutions; contribute to onboarding resources and shared best practices across the user community.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, or platform delivery
- Ability to understand user needs and translate them into practical solutions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across groups
- Well organized, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in improving user experience and outcomes for internal teams
- Any exposure to data platforms, experimentation tooling, machine learning workflows, or cloud technologies would be a plus
- Understanding of data privacy, security, and responsible data access is advantageous
