Job Summary
Senior Manager, Product Management for Beckman Coulter’s Hematology and Urinalysis product lines. Lead product strategy and lifecycle management from development through commercialization and growth. Translate VOC and market insights to inform product design, roadmap priorities, and new product development; conduct competitive and market analyses to identify opportunities and drive profitable market share. Partner with R&D, program management, and cross-functional teams to guide product development and ensure solutions address customer needs. Build relationships with industry KOLs and customers to strengthen market understanding and product positioning. Collaborate with marketing, finance, regulatory, quality, and commercial teams to support successful product launches and portfolio growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or a related field, or MLS (ASCP) certification with 14+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience
