Job Summary
Senior Product Manager DACH (f/m/d) leads a team of three marketers and is responsible for the commercial performance of a key brand across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The role shapes the DACH brand strategy, executes KPI tracking, translates market and customer insights into commercial actions, and drives omnichannel engagement. It requires strong collaboration with Sales, Medical, and Global teams, and reports to the Marketing Director DACH. Based in Martinsried with hybrid working and approximately 20% travel in the DACH region. Key responsibilities include leading the marketing team, developing and implementing the DACH brand strategy, turning insights into growth opportunities, driving cross-functional execution, managing omnichannel initiatives, and overseeing budget and vaccine supply.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years professional experience
- Direct leadership experience is a plus
- Strong track record in pharmaceutical product or brand management (ideally vaccines)
- Fluency in German and English
- Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences (if applicable)
