Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for Connections owns the full lifecycle of fluidic connections product line from ideation through retirement. Leads market analysis, VOC research, pricing strategy, go-to-market planning, cross-functional execution with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and Finance, and tracks performance metrics (revenue, margin, price realization, forecast accuracy, quality, customer satisfaction). Responsible for roadmap, business cases, portfolio optimization, documentation (datasheets, application notes, user guides), and post-sales support. Travels up to 20% for customer visits and events. Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years in product management with product launches; life-science experience preferred. Role requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills and a willingness to become a subject-matter expert on company products.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, or related field
- 4+ years of product management experience including a product launch
- Experience in life science fields such as genomics, chromatography, mass spectrometry, bioprocessing, spatial biology is a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP system experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Cross-functional collaboration experience
- Ability to develop data-driven business cases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented and ability to lead in a matrix organization
- Ability to translate market needs into product requirements
