Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for subassemblies and systems hardware at IDEX Health & Science. Owns full product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and end-of-life planning; leads market and competitive analysis, pricing and portfolio optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Commercial, and Finance. Partners with Sales and Marketing to create go-to-market plans, develop sales tools, and drive adoption. Requires strong customer advocacy, VOC research, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to navigate complex programs while delivering measurable customer and business value. Travel up to 20% and a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 4+ years of product management experience are preferred. Location: Rohnert Park, CA. Salary range: $109,800–$164,600 with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or sciences
- 4+ years of product management experience including a product launch
- Experience in life science fields such as genomics, chromatography, mass spectrometry, bioprocessing, spatial biology
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Applications, Engineering, Operations
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with executive leadership
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
- Ability to develop data-driven business cases and market requirements
- Experience with pricing strategy and portfolio management
- Experience with go-to-market planning and cross-functional alignment
- Knowledge of VOC and customer advocacy
- Ability to analyze market landscapes and competitive offerings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP systems familiarity
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; additional experience in technical sales or applications a plus
