Senior Product Manager — Customer Dashboard

Job Summary
Own the anyIP customer dashboard from discovery through delivery, driving improvements in customer activation and proxy request completion. Investigate friction points using PostHog data, session recordings, and customer interviews to design, ship, and measure UX and onboarding enhancements. Lead a cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, and support staff to prioritize backlog items, define requirements, and execute end-to-end product delivery. Establish a lightweight product operating model and evidence-backed activation roadmap within the first 90 days. Work directly with the Founder to challenge scope and ensure measurable business impact on conversion and retention metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Senior-level product-management track record, typically 6+ years
- Experience independently owning a live B2B SaaS, developer, infrastructure, data, or other technical product
- Evidence of improving product and business metrics, not only shipping features
- Strong experience with product analytics, funnels, behavioral data, and experimentation
- Experience conducting customer interviews and turning research into product decisions
- Strong UX judgment and the ability to produce clear flows and wireframes
- Experience leading frontend and backend engineers through end-to-end product delivery
- Strong requirements, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and product QA skills
- Enough technical fluency to understand APIs, proxy configuration, authentication, targeting, usage, and request failures
- The ability to challenge founders and technical stakeholders constructively
- Strong written and spoken English
- Experience working effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment
- Practical fluency with AI tools and a clear understanding of where human judgment remains essential
- Must be comfortable testing technical products directly, learning proxy concepts, and working closely with engineers on complex customer journeys
