Job Summary
Senior Product Manager on the Crypto Trading team responsible for building the next generation of crypto trading experiences. Own high-impact initiatives across trading UX, advanced order types, exchange integrations, smart order routing, liquidity partnerships, and market structure innovation. Lead development of crypto-native CeDeFi experiences embedding onchain products into the Robinhood app, including staking and DeFi-powered functionality, bridging centralized and decentralized finance within a custodial experience. Define strategy to attract sophisticated traders, lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, research, operations, marketing), ship advanced trading capabilities and routing improvements, and use research and product analytics to inform decisions in a fast-moving market.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years experience in a consumer facing product management role
- At least 1 year of shipping crypto products
- Experience in Crypto products
