Senior Product Manager - Core Product

Job Summary
Own the roadmap for a core Plum product, driving end-to-end execution from ideation through launch and maintenance. Run discovery by interviewing customers and analyzing behavioral data to prioritize features that measurably improve savings and investing. Partner daily with engineering and design squads to ship, measure, and iterate outcomes while setting team goals aligned with company strategy. Prioritize ruthlessly against capacity constraints, explain trade-offs to stakeholders, and collaborate with Compliance and Risk to turn regulation into innovation. Drive impact through data analysis and market research to formulate a focused product vision in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in product management
- time in a high-growth tech company or banking/finance business
- Experience shipping in a regulated or trust-sensitive space (financial services, health, or similar)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- High analytical and technical acumen
- solid business sense
