Senior Product Manager - Core Platform
Remote
Job Summary
Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap for the Core Platform in partnership with Engineering and Product leadership. Prioritize foundational investments based on customer impact, enterprise needs, technical risk, and engineering effort, making trade-offs between near-term needs, technical debt, and long-term architecture explicit. Lead product discovery for technically complex problems by engaging directly with enterprise customers and internal teams. Drive work on the scalability and reliability of the execution engine, including worker pools and distributed execution, while improving reliability across multi-main Cloud and self-hosted environments. Shape a more secure and flexible approach to executing code within n8n. Plan and release major or breaking platform versions, managing migration strategy, stakeholder communication, and risk. Act as the bridge between the Core team and wider orgs like Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Support, making platform trade-offs legible. Proactively mine internal roadmaps for implicit platform requirements to turn cross-cutting needs into explicit work before they become blockers.
