Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for the Rider journey on Freenow's Core App. Own end-to-end parts of the rider journey, identify friction points and unmet needs using data, research, and direct user feedback, and drive improvements in conversion, engagement, retention, and overall customer satisfaction. Translate business goals and user insights into clear problem statements and high-impact opportunities; validate ideas through experiments, rapid prototyping, and data-driven decision-making. Balance short-term wins with long-term platform improvements. Build strong partnerships with engineering, design, data, marketing, operations, and other teams; align stakeholders around goals and success metrics; communicate vision, progress, and trade-offs effectively. Requirements include 7+ years in product management for mobility/large consumer products, discovery and delivery proficiency, data-driven decision making, user-focused product mindset, strong communication, strategic/analytical thinking, and experience with analytics tools like Tableau or Mixpanel. Required Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years as a Product Manager in a fast-paced, multi-million customer-facing product (mobility/food delivery or similar)
- Strong discovery and delivery experience
- Proven ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions
- Excellent communication skills to articulate problems, data, audience, and solutions
- Strategic, analytical mindset with ability to evaluate competitive actions
- Experience with Tableau, Mixpanel or similar analytics tools
- High agency and proactivity in end-to-end ownership
- English fluency
