Job Summary
Senior Product Manager to partner with founders, engineers, and customers to shape the developer-facing Convex platform. Lead product direction, work closely with founders and the engineering team to define what to build and why; spend real time with customers to understand their needs and pain points; own product analytics and use data to drive decisions; collaborate with the CEO and Head of Ops on positioning and bringing new capabilities to market; be self-directed in prioritizing work in close partnership with the CTO. Ideal candidates bring deep product experience at a technical company, comfort with technical tradeoffs, and a track record of turning customer insights into impactful product decisions. In-person at Convex’s San Francisco office is expected for this role.
