Senior Product Manager – Consumer Experience & Digital Engagement

Job Summary
Define the vision and strategy for the Consumer Experience Platform, prioritizing features based on customer feedback, market insights, and product analytics to optimize digital journeys and AI-assisted engagement. Maintain a comprehensive roadmap covering web and mobile channels, extensibility capabilities, and accessibility standards while collaborating with Engineering, Design, AI, and Customer Success teams to deliver scalable, secure, and intuitive experiences. Champion user-centered design principles to reduce interaction friction, improve self-service success, and drive adoption across first-party digital channels. Engage directly with enterprise customers, developers, and UX researchers to translate insights into product opportunities and monitor key metrics such as conversation initiation rates, conversion, and customer satisfaction to guide decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience building customer-facing digital products across web applications, mobile applications, messaging platforms, mobile SDKs, or consumer engagement platforms
- Experience working closely with UX designers
- Proven ability to define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and execute roadmaps in fast-paced Agile environments
- Strong analytical skills with experience using qualitative and quantitative data to drive product decisions
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers
- Strong technical aptitude with experience working alongside engineering teams
- Passion for AI, customer experience, enterprise digital engagement, and solving complex business problems through thoughtful product design
