Job Summary
Own the 3P payout and collections product end-to-end, from strategy and prioritization through spec, build, and launch. Define the roadmap for FP integrations and direct banking rails, writing detailed specs that enable engineers to ship immediately. Evaluate financial partners on pricing, coverage, and licensing constraints, then lead integration scoping, coordination, and go-live while designing around FOF implications. Design user journeys for payout and collections flows, surface direct client feedback to inform the roadmap, and collaborate daily with the co-founders, Engineering, and Compliance teams.
Required Qualifications
- 6 to 10 years of product experience
