Job Summary
Senior Product Manager, Digital Client Experience responsible for shaping the end-to-end digital journey within Asset Servicing. Works across platforms, channels, and segments to identify client needs and translate priorities into strategies that drive measurable business and client outcomes. Partners with digital solutions, UX, technology, and product teams to ensure cohesive capabilities across the digital ecosystem; drives prioritization, journey coherence, adoption, and ROI. Requires formal education or demonstrated experience in product management and 10+ years of relevant experience; strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration with engineers, UX designers, and executive leadership.
