Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager to shape, ship, and launch resident-facing products end-to-end for NYC OTI; pair closely with designers, engineers, user researchers, policy teams, and other city employees to move from problem statements to working products and services for New Yorkers. Lead products from problem framing through public launch: scoping the work, running discovery, prioritizing, making hard tradeoffs, and partnering with agency, policy, and executive stakeholders to ship successfully. Also lead modern product practices for the team: how we frame problems, how we conduct discovery and research, how we use generative tools, how we measure impact, and how we deliver rapidly and responsibly for New Yorkers. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end resident-facing products, rapid prototyping and MVP iteration, coordinating with designers, researchers, policy staff, and engineers, maintaining relationships with agency staff and executives, ensuring production readiness (platforms, performance, security, accessibility, compliance), writing product briefs and decision memos, and contributing to the product culture through mentorship and onboarding for future PMs.
