Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for Delivery Experience responsible for defining and executing the Delivery Experience strategy across web and mobile, collaborating with engineering, operations, and supply chain to build features that improve delivery transparency and efficiency, and leading data-driven development using SQL, Tableau, and data warehousing. The role includes shaping the 3–5 year roadmap, driving BRD/PRD creation, conducting A/B/multivariate testing, enabling self-service tools for customer service and site merchandising, and delivering ongoing performance reporting and optimization of key metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or related role
- Experience with eCommerce, SQL, Tableau, and data warehousing
- Experience with statistical models, UX analysis, and data analytics
- Experience with Business Intelligence & Visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Asana)
- Experience with A/B Testing Tools (Optimizely, Google Optimize, Adobe Target)
- API Integration & Microservices Architecture
- Predictive Modeling & Machine Learning Applications
- Travel: 10% domestic travel required
