RemoteUnited States or New York, United States

Full TimeSenior LevelMedium

Job Summary

Own Vincent's Legal Content Strategy by setting jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction quality bars and driving roadmaps for expanding coverage through AI-driven sourcing and indexing. Reimagine the Citator for an AI Consumer by designing the "Certification" signal layer that defines pre-labeling granularity and case relationship structures. Drive Product Strategy End-to-End by developing roadmaps, building business cases, and shipping features in partnership with Engineering, Design, and legal SMEs. This role requires real legal fluency, proven AI product experience, and at least six years in SaaS product management. Work remotely from the US or Canada, or twice weekly from HUB offices in Vancouver, NYC, Toronto, Calgary, or London.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of product management experience in a SaaS or B2B software environment
  • Track record of owning and shipping mission-critical products at scale
  • Enough legal fluency to move fast on the problem, ask the right questions, and get up to speed on the specifics within weeks, not months
  • Ability to understand, or be able to quickly and confidently get to grips with, what a citator is
  • Understanding of why case relationships (overruling, following, distinguishing) matter
  • Understanding of how citation has historically worked as a compression mechanism that let lawyers avoid reading every underlying case
  • Background as a practicing lawyer, legal researcher, or in legal tech
  • Proven experience building or managing AI-driven products
  • Strong point of view on how AI changes what a 'signal' or 'trust layer' needs to look like versus how it worked for a human-only audience
  • Ability to form a strong, well-reasoned point of view quickly
  • Ability to act on a point of view and adjust as new information comes in
  • Ability to pick up new, complex domains quickly
  • Ability to form your own opinionated take rather than needing everything spelled out
  • Ability to use both qualitative and quantitative input to drive product strategy
  • Ability to define requirements
  • Ability to measure impact
  • Ability to make decisions under uncertainty
  • Ability to work effectively across Product, Design, Engineering, and legal SME stakeholders
  • Ability to seek input
  • Ability to make a call
  • Ability to work from remote US or Remote Canada
  • Ability to work twice per week from HUB offices in Vancouver, NYC, Toronto, Calgary or London

Desired Qualifications

  • Jurisdiction-specific legal expertise
