Senior Product Manager, CashPro Security

Job Summary

Lead strategic product initiatives for CashPro Security and Authentication, driving discovery, business case development, and execution from ideation through post-launch measurement. Serve as the primary product partner for security technology teams, managing vendor relationships, inventory, and operational governance while acting as a subject matter expert on access management and fraud prevention. Translate complex security challenges into actionable strategies, analyze client behavior and fraud patterns to inform risk management decisions, and support regulatory and audit engagements. Partner with Global Information Security, risk, fraud, and enterprise stakeholders to influence roadmaps and technical priorities, representing the team in client meetings and industry forums. Support weekend release activity and manage product risks and control issues.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management experience or related experience in treasury management, digital banking, payments, cybersecurity, technology, or financial services
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, strategic initiatives across multiple organizations and functional areas
  • Strong product management skills, including strategy development, business case creation, requirement definition, prioritization, and execution oversight
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across a highly matrixed organization
  • Proven ability to break down complex problems into actionable plans and drive results through others
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to tailor messaging for executive leadership, technical teams, and clients
  • Executive presence and demonstrated experience presenting to senior leaders, external clients, and large audiences
  • Proven ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and make sound business recommendations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions
  • Experience managing risk, controls, governance processes, and regulatory-related initiatives
  • Ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with a track record of influencing outcomes across diverse teams
  • Client-focused mindset with experience supporting client engagement, escalations, and strategic discussions
  • Demonstrated leadership, initiative, accountability, and ownership
  • Undergraduate degree required. Minimum: BS or BA degree

Desired Qualifications

  • Treasury Management or Global Payments Solutions product management experience
  • Background in cybersecurity, fraud prevention, digital identity, authentication, access management, or information security
  • Knowledge of digital banking platforms and corporate client security needs
  • Experience working with regulatory, audit, risk, or compliance organizations
  • Familiarity with authentication technologies, identity verification solutions, federated identity, single sign-on, or related security technologies
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and strategic technology partnerships
  • Knowledge of the evolving cyber threat landscape and security best practices
  • Experience supporting commercialization, client adoption, and go-to-market efforts for product enhancements
  • Prior experience serving as a product subject matter expert during executive, client, or regulatory engagements
