Job Summary
Senior Product Manager (Career Sites) owns defined problem spaces within the career sites domain, contributes to a shared roadmap and product vision, leads discovery efforts to understand candidate, customer, and market needs, translates insights into clear requirements and delivery plans, and partners with engineering and design to ship enterprise-ready career-site capabilities. Balances usability, performance, accessibility, SEO, localization, and compliance; collaborates with platform, AI, integrations, and SAP teams to ensure cohesive experiences; defines and tracks success metrics such as conversion, engagement, adoption, and performance.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Experience building or owning career sites, job boards, candidate portals, or similar candidate-facing web products
- Strong product discovery skills and comfort working in shared ownership models
- Technical fluency and strong collaboration skills with engineering partners; familiarity with CMS architecture, SEO for job listings, or web performance is a plus
- Experience with global, high-traffic products (localization, accessibility, compliance) is a plus
