Job Summary
Senior Product Manager (Career Sites) leads problem spaces within the career sites domain—such as job discovery, content management, performance, localization, integrations, and enterprise configuration—and partners with engineering and design to deliver scalable, enterprise-ready career site capabilities. Own roadmap and discovery efforts, translate insights into clear requirements and delivery plans, and balance usability, performance, accessibility, localization, and compliance. Drive metrics like conversion, engagement, adoption, and performance, collaborating across platform, AI, integrations, and SAP teams to ensure cohesive experiences for global customers. This role is based for collaboration with teams on US East Coast hours and supports a remote-friendly, enterprise-focused product environment.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Experience building or owning career sites, job boards, candidate portals, or similar candidate-facing web products

- Strong product discovery skills and comfort working in shared ownership models

- Clear, confident communication with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience with global, high-traffic products (localization, accessibility, compliance) is a plus
