Senior Product Manager (Career Sites)

Job Summary
Senior Product Manager (Career Sites) owns defined problem spaces within the career sites domain (job discovery, content management, localization, integrations) and contributes to a shared roadmap. You will translate insights into requirements, priorities, and delivery plans, partner with engineering and design to ship enterprise-ready career site capabilities, and balance usability, performance, accessibility, SEO, localization, and compliance. Collaborate with platform, AI, integrations, and SAP teams to ensure cohesive experiences; define and track success metrics such as conversion, engagement, adoption, and performance. The role is based on the US East Coast with daily collaboration across Europe; work on world-class career sites for global enterprises.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Experience building or owning career sites, job boards, candidate portals, or similar candidate-facing web products
- Strong product discovery skills and comfort working in shared ownership models
- Ability to balance design quality with enterprise-scale constraints
- Technical fluency and collaboration with engineering partners; familiarity with CMS architecture, SEO for job listings, or web performance is a plus
- Clear, confident communication with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience with global, high-traffic products (localization, accessibility, compliance) is a plus
