Job Summary
Senior Product Manager to lead Tamara's Care Tech product portfolio. Drive AI integration across the care stack, define and prioritize roadmaps, and deliver platforms and tools that enable efficient operations and elevate customer and partner support. This role combines product leadership with hands-on execution: coach Product Managers and Designers, collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Care Operations, and ensure alignment across stakeholders. Strong emphasis on AI adoption, measurable outcomes, and scalable documentation. Requires 7+ years in product management with 2+ years leading others, and hands-on experience with AI-powered products within fintech or customer-service domains.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years leading other Product Managers
- Track record of building internal platforms, operational tooling, or customer-facing products at scale
- Previous experience in customer service product environments
- Fintech/financial services background is a strong plus
- Hands-on exposure to AI-powered products or features
- Strong people leadership with the ability to coach PMs at different levels
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication across business, operations, and technical functions
- Able to turn ambiguity into structured plans, clear priorities, and well-scoped roadmaps
- Solid understanding of technical systems, APIs, and third-party integrations
- Strong product intuition around AI and automation
- Data-driven with metrics-based decision making
- Experience operating in agile environments with multiple squads
