Job Summary
Senior Product Manager to support commercialization across the EP capital portfolio (e.g., OPAL HDx, FARASTAR) within Boston Scientific's Electrophysiology division. Lead downstream marketing and capitalization efforts across multiple platforms, operationalize global capital rollout strategies, and drive capital launches and upgrades. Collaborate with global supply chain, program management, operations, and sales to enable capital sales and rollout success; provide tools and training to field leadership; develop KPI dashboards and leverage data insights to optimize execution. Engage customers and field teams to gather insights and drive adoption; manage product lifecycle improvements and competitive positioning across the EP capital ecosystem. Travel ~20% and work in a hybrid model requiring in-office presence at least three days per week in designated locations (e.g., Arden Hills, MN and Waltham, MA). Sponsorship is not offered; relocation is not available. Master’s degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, life sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in medical device marketing, product management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of capital equipment and software-based medical technologies
- Proven ability to execute product launches and drive commercial success
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time
