Job Summary
Senior Product Manager at a global fintech SaaS provider responsible for end-to-end product launches and lifecycle management. Owns features from analysis and prioritization to design specifications and production readiness. Collaborates with stakeholders across business and technical teams; analyzes usage data, runs A/B testing sequences, and drives iterative improvements. Requires 5+ years in technical product roles, experience in financial services/fintech, and a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/commerce field. Hybrid work model with Miami, FL in-office and remote options within the USA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, in finance, technology, or quantitative-centric fields
- 5+ years in technical, problem‐solving roles such as product management or product‐focused software engineering with a track record of delivering analytical solutions
- Experience in Financial Services, Investment Banking, Fintech, or Business Consulting and prior involvement in strategy initiatives
- Intellectual curiosity - you are intrinsically driven to understand and solve the most difficult problems
- High growth startup experience a plus
