Job Summary
Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery for C3 Generative AI, driving strategy, execution, and technical feasibility. Define detailed product requirements and specifications for Generative AI solutions by collaborating with engineering and data science teams. Translate customer and market needs into actionable roadmaps while conducting deep technical analysis of AI/ML technologies to influence design decisions. Own the go-to-market strategy, working with marketing and sales to ensure successful product launches and adoption. Gather feedback from customer-facing teams to refine the roadmap based on user needs and technical challenges. Manage stakeholder communications, monitor key product metrics, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, AI, or a related field, with a focus on technically complex products
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, including experience with Generative AI, data pipelines, and model operationalization
- Proven experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver technically sound and scalable AI solutions
- Demonstrable ability to break down complex technical problems into user-friendly features and product experiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive product decisions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience managing full product lifecycles, from research and ideation to launch and iteration
- Ability to prioritize competing initiatives and manage timelines effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future company sponsorship
