Job Summary
Lead Brain Corp's product vision and strategy for the BrainOS® Robotics Platform, engaging directly with end-users and manufacturers to define opportunities and drive sales. Manage roadmaps that increase customer satisfaction while collaborating with engineering, sales, and program management to deliver business outcomes. Conduct product demos, gather user feedback, and build quantitative use cases to launch new features and service proposals. Direct proof-of-concept prototypes and align strategic programs with cross-functional teams. Requires 4-8 years of B2B product management experience, ability to travel 30% domestically and internationally, and readiness to work late evenings or early mornings during installation and testing.
Required Qualifications
- 4-8 years of hands-on product management or product development experience
- Prior experience building, launching, and managing successful B2B products
- Advanced knowledge of product management principles
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product development, operations) is essential
- Ability to travel to domestic and international sites regularly (30% travel)
- Must be able to push or pull up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in retail operations strategy, customer experience, retail technology, business continuity, brand governance, and continuous improvement and innovation
- Experience with retail merchandising operations and optimization strategies, including pricing and promotions, planning and execution, costs and deals, category management, and competitive planning
- Experience in omnichannel merchandising processes and systems
- Previous responsibility for significant market share and brand growth at scale is highly desired
- Strong technical capability across both software and hardware
- Understands and embraces disruption, both internally and externally
- Startup or rapid-growth-stage technology company experience is highly desirable
- Keen interest in new technologies
