Job Summary
Senior Product Manager at bp leading the product and portfolio success for the Digital workplace integration hub. Define product strategy, vision, and lifecycle from concept to launch, translating strategic goals into prioritized outcomes and measurable metrics. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and business partners to deliver customer-centric, data-driven solutions across a multi-platform product landscape, while balancing customer needs, commercial, regulatory, and technology constraints at scale. Responsible for building trusted relationships, influencing decision-making, and driving cross-discipline problem solving; experience with agile or hybrid delivery environments and a focus on data & AI space is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- BS/MS in Business, Economics, STEM or equivalent experience
- Confirmed experience in product management, owning products or platforms through the full lifecycle preferably in Data & AI space
- Strong ability to translate business needs into clear product outcomes and priorities
- Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Excellent customer management, communication, and influencing skills
