Job Summary
Senior Product Manager responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle of Botify’s search performance solutions, focusing on ensuring client content is accessible, bot-rendered, and indexable across discovery platforms (including AI search). Lead initiatives to optimize crawl, indexing, and delivery of bot-optimized content; define product vision, strategy, and roadmap; conduct market, competitive, and user research; collaborate with Product Designers, Engineers, Sales, and Marketing to deliver high-quality experiences and measurable impact. Role located in Paris with a hybrid remote policy; requires fluency in French and English.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products
- Ability to engage with end-users in French and English (oral & written), conduct user research, and intelligently integrate findings into your work
- Excellent teamwork, partnership, and collaborative skills, with a demonstrated ability to align points of view and stakeholders
- Data-driven approach to product development, with a demonstrated ability to leverage data analysis to inform strategy and decision-making
- Successful track record of diving into projects and managing them from start to finish
- Thrive in a variable and demanding startup environment
- Experience in technical SEO, with a strong passion for AI capabilities and especially its impact on search and automation, in SaaS is a plus
- Fluent in French & English
- Base salary: 68 - 75K EUR
