Job Summary
Own Clio's Centralized Billing System (CBS), a mission-critical platform powering customer configuration, quoting, packaging, and charging. Drive full product ownership, including roadmap, health, and evolution, while managing competing stakeholder demands across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and GTM. Make decisive decisions under pressure to prioritize sequencing and defend the system's architecture against shifting priorities. Partner with the Monetization team to align pricing strategy and ensure CBS supports Clio's broader go-to-market motion. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and build the instrumentation needed for confident, data-driven decisions.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in product management in a B2B SaaS environment
- A technical background sufficient to own and make decisions about a complex product system with broad business dependencies
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume, high-stakes stakeholder environment
- Strong data and analytical skills
- Excellent communicator and cross-functional partner
- Based in the US or Canada
- Minimum of twice per week in the office on designated Anchor Days if located near Burnaby, Calgary, NYC or Toronto
Desired Qualifications
- Experience owning a billing, pricing, or commerce system in a SaaS environment
- Experience in legal tech or other regulated-industry verticals
- Experience at a company that has gone through a significant growth inflection, Series D and beyond, or post-IPO
