Job Summary

Senior Product Manager responsible for owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more software products, and leading cross-functional teams through discovery to delivery. Drive market research and user discovery to define products, maintain alignment with business goals, and ensure clear priorities and roadmaps. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Technical Support and other stakeholders to launch products smoothly and provide ongoing support. Champion user-centricity and a growth mindset, monitor product performance, and adapt strategy as the market evolves. Requires 8+ years of experience with complex software products, strong leadership through influence, and excellent communication with both technical teams and executives. Hybrid or office-based roles in Quebec (Canada) and Philadelphia (US), with an average travel of ~2 weeks per month. 40-hour work week, with in-person or remote collaboration via Teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing
  • 8+ years in product management, product strategy, business strategy, or closely related role for B2B software/technology products
  • Experience with AI-enhanced products including generative AI preferred
  • Knowledge of product management practices and frameworks
  • Growth mindset and feedback-driven learning
  • Track record of concept-to-market or relaunch success for B2B software
  • Direct experience with enterprise customers (discovery, advisory boards, QBRs, beta programs)
  • Market/competitive analysis, value proposition development, and roadmap prioritization
  • Cross-functional execution across development, UX, QA, documentation, marketing, sales, and customer success
  • Influence and measurement of business results (ARR growth, product adoption, retention, satisfaction)
  • Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear narratives and actionable plans
  • Experience modernizing legacy software platforms
  • Familiarity with cloud-enabled, interoperable, or AI-assisted software
  • Project management of complex, high-impact initiatives with strict deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain complex subjects to non-experts
  • Ability to analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights
