Job Summary
Lead product strategy, roadmap execution, and backlog management for your business unit, synthesizing market needs into requirements while driving alignment with leadership. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including feature definition, prioritization, and unblocking cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions. Adopt AI for research and prototyping, articulate a compelling vision, and enable customer-facing teams with product knowledge. Engage directly with customers to support development, success, and business activities, while mentoring peers to foster best practices. Report to the Product Lead and collaborate with operations, sales, and technology teams to drive business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management
- Deep technical acumen and demonstrated ability partnering with Engineering
- Experience writing detailed stories, managing and prioritizing backlog health, and delivering with cross functional teams
- Analytical and data driven approach to problem solving
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Ability to drive initiatives forward with influence and a collaborative working style
- Consistent and reliable high-speed internet and workspace free from distraction, disruption, or noise
- Ability to be present on camera during work-related trainings, meetings, and/or events
- Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods while working on a computer
