Job Summary
Lead core banking transformation by driving strategic implementation and seamless integration of the next-generation Core Banking engine within N26's global architecture. Translate complex banking domains into scalable infrastructure by architecting robust platform requirements that balance intricate core banking processes, strict compliance, and long-term operational efficiency. Own the platform roadmap end-to-end, shaping product vision, identifying market opportunities, and making high-stakes prioritization decisions to maximize scalability and resilience. Align organization-wide stakeholders by partnering with cross-functional leadership to define ambitious team goals, manage dependencies, and drive collective success. Foster cross-functional platform excellence through deep collaboration with engineering, architecture, product, and design teams. Lead build-buy-partner evaluations to formulate strategy and orchestrate high-stakes product rollouts by mitigating risk and ensuring flawless execution across local market teams, legal, compliance, operations, and engineering.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- FinTech, tier-1/2 banking environment, or with a core banking software provider
- Strong hands-on experience with banking or payments architecture frameworks

- University degree in a STEM field, Business, or Economics
