Job Summary
Lead the strategic implementation and seamless integration of N26's next-generation Core Banking engine, translating complex banking domains into scalable infrastructure that balances intricate processes, strict compliance, and operational efficiency. Own the platform roadmap end-to-end by shaping product vision, identifying market opportunities, and making high-stakes prioritization decisions to maximize scalability and resilience. Align organization-wide stakeholders by partnering with cross-functional leadership to define ambitious team goals and manage dependencies. Drive build-buy-partner evaluations to formulate strategy on enterprise banking engines and orchestrate high-stakes product rollouts, mitigating risk and ensuring flawless execution across local market teams, legal, compliance, and engineering. Collaborate deeply with engineering, architecture, product, and design teams to continuously elevate the capabilities of the core banking infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- FinTech, tier-1/2 banking environment, or with a core banking software provider
- Strong hands-on experience with banking or payments architecture frameworks
