Job Summary
Define and execute the identity and AI product strategy, driving the roadmap for Auth0's AI portfolio with a focus on secure identity solutions for agentic workflows. Own the end-to-end launch of new identity features for AI applications, balancing rapid experimentation with engineering discipline to scale production-grade standards. Collaborate directly with engineering, design, and security teams to translate product vision into concrete technical requirements, while gathering feedback from the developer community to validate pain points in AI implementation. Strategize on emerging identity and AI standards such as the Model Context Protocol and Client-Initiated Backchannel Authentication. Partner with Go-to-Market teams to create technical enablement assets and drive adoption of identity security in AI applications.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of product management experience
- significant focus on Business-to-Business Software-as-a-Service (B2B SaaS) and developer-facing products
- Strong understanding of identity protocols like OIDC, SAML
- Strong understanding of AI protocols MCP, CIMD, mTLS, and CIBA
- Deep understanding of the emerging agent ecosystem
- Ability to write code, work directly with APIs/SDKs, and build prototypes that validate customer and developer needs
- Has defined and shipped successful API/SDK products for developer usage
- Demonstrated success in building and launching new products, features, or programs from scratch
- executing the technical roadmap to scale them
- Strong bias for execution and rapid prototyping

- Ability to deeply understand developer pain points, security requirements, and identity friction
- translating them into compelling, secure, and integrated product experiences
- An individual contributor who is highly comfortable diving into technical API specifications, data schemas, and identity standards

- The ability to drive alignment and lead through influence in a highly cross-functional organization
