Job Summary
Modernize and reinvent the Wealth Management digital platform by writing user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for engineering development. Drive product strategy and roadmap execution by collaborating with stakeholders across Business, Legal, and Compliance to define features and prioritize based on analytics and end-user feedback. Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Program Management to deliver intuitive, user-centric solutions that empower the client and advisor relationship. Parse complex projects into actionable components, monitor competitive best practices, and engage with partner vendors to ensure product needs are met.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years of work experience in product management and/or the financial services sector
- Previous experience developing or managing the development of digital platforms, particularly in the financial services sector
- Product management experience in an agile product development environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong logical and analytical thinker
- High degree of personal accountability and teamwork
- Aptitude for logically breaking down complex problems and processes
