Job Summary
Lead the full Product Development Process from concept to mass production, ensuring products launch on time and at the highest quality. Translate product vision into PRDs, engineering briefs, and structured sprint plans, while managing work across design partners. Drive product feasibility, testing, certification, and optimize products for gross margin and cost. Build and refine the Product Playbook, aligning product decisions with brand and operational goals. The role requires experience managing physical product development and the ability to lead supplier engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience managing physical product development
- Have taken products from concept through to mass production
- Comfortable managing remote engineers and designers
- Thrive in fast-moving, founder-led environments
