Senior Product Manager for analytics at monday.com, owning the analytics roadmap end-to-end and leading the transition toward AI-native analytics. Forge partnerships with data engineering and design to build platform-like analytics foundations that empower enterprise customers to gain accurate, fast insights. Engage directly with enterprise clients to translate analytics needs into clear requirements and prototypes, shaping how analytics creates value and scales across products.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on data-driven products and analytics
- Experience defining and executing analytics strategies and roadmaps to drive business impact
- Ability to track, measure, and analyse KPIs to drive product and business decisions
- Experience working with AI-driven analytics or predictive insights is a plus
- Strong background in BI tools, reporting, and data visualisation is a plus
- Technical understanding of data architecture and engineering collaboration is a plus
- Fast learner, adaptive, able to embrace new challenges and execute independently when needed
