Senior Product Manager

Own the roadmap: Define and maintain a product roadmap across the Amplo platform, making prioritization calls that balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact. Drive discovery with insurance brokers and agency operators to surface unmet needs and validate hypotheses, then feed learnings directly back into the roadmap. Ship with engineering by writing clear specs, participating in planning and review, and staying close to delivery. Lead AI product strategy by identifying where AI creates real leverage for customers and designing features where AI is a key element. Synthesize cross-functional signals from Sales, CX, and support into a coherent product view to help the organization prioritize. Define and track success by setting clear metrics for everything shipped and owning the feedback loop from launch through iteration. Communicate decisions across the organization, the CTO, engineering, and go-to-market teams by writing well and deciding clearly.
