Job Summary
Senior Product Manager, Core Agreement Features at airSlate. Own and evolve user-facing experiences at the heart of SignNow’s agreement execution journey; identify and address user pain points in core flows; simplify complex tasks via UX patterns and smart defaults; explore AI-enabled assistance to reduce friction while maintaining trust; define hypotheses, run A/B tests, and drive measurable business impact; collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, support, sales, and marketing to ensure adoption and customer outcomes. Responsibilities include improving core agreement execution flows, translating user research and data into clear problem statements and priorities, guiding compliance-related UX, and building cross-functional alignment to deliver high-quality features with a focus on onboarding, task completion, and self-serve experiences. Requires 5+ years of product management in SaaS, strong UX judgment, user empathy, experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and excellent communication.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience building user-facing B2B or B2C SaaS products
- Strong product craft and UX judgment
- Deep user empathy
- Experience building and optimizing end-to-end user flows (onboarding, key task completion, self-serve)
- Strong experimentation skills (A/B tests)
- Data-driven decision-making
- Good intuition for where AI adds value in user-facing flows
- Excellent communication skills
- Ownership mindset and bias for action
