Job Summary
Own the Investment Banking persona roadmap and champion the customer voice by translating deep workflow knowledge into prioritized skill roadmaps that solve acute pain points from analyst to MD. Lead AI prompt engineering and validation by designing, testing, and refining skills so outputs meet professional banker standards, holding every IB skill to a three-gate evaluation. Guide contributors and forward-deployed engagements by crowd-sourcing ideas from customer success teams, backstopping hard account-specific builds, and folding best features back into the core library. Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Sales Enablement, and Strategic Initiatives to bridge technical capability and business value while driving continuous improvement through real deal scenario testing. Develop advanced agentic architectures and design systems that abstract product development practices such as knowledge graphs and automated feedback systems.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years as an analyst, associate, or beyond in investment banking (M&A, coverage, capital markets, or leveraged finance) at a top-tier firm
- You have lived the workflow and understand the nuance of financial data and deliverables
- You have a strong grasp of Generative AI
- You are comfortable with vibe coding, prompt engineering, and understand the limitations of LLMs and how to work around them
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience building with AI is a strong plus
