Job Summary
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for Commercial Banking AI products, defining the roadmap for document ingestion, financial spreading, and AI-driven credit analysis. Lead end-to-end product development from ideation to launch, collaborating with researchers and engineers to translate technical concepts into user-friendly solutions for Relationship Managers and Financial Analysis Specialists. Set ambitious objectives and key results to measure success, while building relationships with stakeholders across Borealis and RBC to ensure alignment and seamless execution. Foster a culture of innovation through a test-and-learn approach, utilizing data to drive decision-making and championing experimentation within the team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5-7 years of product management experience in a top-tier technology company, with a focus on AI or machine learning products
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successfully shipping products in an enterprise environment with agile methodologies that drive business impact and customer satisfaction
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and influence multiple groups towards a shared vision
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving alignment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Deep customer empathy and a user-centric approach to product development
