Job Summary
Build and launch the next generation of Prolific's Data Collection Tooling product suite while leading a team of client-facing engineers delivering strategic integrations and rapid custom development for demanding AI accounts. Run the end-to-end product development lifecycle from strategy to roadmap, acting as an unblocker who simplifies complexity for colleagues. Partner productively with Product Design, User Research, Analytics, and Engineering in a test-learn-iterate fashion, collaborating across domains of science, research, supply, sales, and account services to drive outcomes for frontier AI model developers.
Required Qualifications
- extensive and varied track record building AI-native products and UX
- experience scaling access across multiple interaction surfaces such as UI, APIs, CLIs, and MCPs
- experience directly managing engineers
- client-facing or solutions-engineering capacity
- turning sophisticated clients' bespoke needs into scalable integrations
- Fluency in modern Product/Engineering practice: Agile, continuous discovery and delivery, JTBD, vertical slicing, test-learn-iterate
