Job Summary
Senior Product Manager to own end-to-end product areas for an AI-native care delivery platform. Drive AI-assisted care workflows from problem discovery through delivery and iteration, including automation, intelligent defaults, decision support, and human-in-the-loop systems. Collaborate with caregivers, clinicians, operations, and compliance to translate real-world care workflows into scalable product experiences; shape product strategy in regulated environments and alongside providers, payors, regulators, and clinical leaders. This role emphasizes speed, learning, and impact, with a focus on building AI-powered, automation-driven products that improve care quality and operational efficiency. Based in San Francisco, CA with four in-person days per week (hybrid work arrangement) and remote options available.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional experience as a product manager
- Experience owning and shipping impactful products end-to-end
- Experience building AI-powered and/or automation-driven products
- Experience delivering products across web and mobile
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including producing clear, structured, and actionable PRDs and partnering effectively with engineering and design
- Experience building internal tools, workflow products, or data-heavy systems, ideally in healthcare, regulated environments, or fast-moving startup
