Senior Product Manager - AI Learning (Lesson Insights)

Job Summary
Own the Lesson Insights product end to end, driving strategy, roadmap, and execution for Preply's flagship AI experience across learners and tutors. Ruthlessly prioritize feedback delivery to help learners improve, while connecting per-lesson insights into longitudinal progress structures that work closely with the Progress squad. Design features that strengthen the learner-tutor relationship and maximize reach by scaling insights to other languages. Drive engagement through useful, engaging design that encourages users to check insights after every lesson. Pull your own analyses on learner engagement, repeat usage drivers, and experience gaps to build data-driven points of view.
Required Qualifications
- Consumer product craft
- Substantial experience building consumer-facing, mobile-first products with frequent, habitual use
- GenAI / LLM product experience
- Experience shipping products built on LLMs or NLP at scale
- Ability to discuss trade offs & approaches with the team
- Knowledge of evals
- Knowledge of hallucinations
- Knowledge of quality variance
- Knowledge of latency
- Knowledge of cost
- Experience designing around evals, hallucinations, quality variance, latency, and cost
