Job Summary

Define, prioritize, and schedule requirements by collaborating with customers, engineers, and stakeholders to write crisp specifications and maintain a clear product roadmap. Clear the pathway for execution by participating in standups, resolving development blockers, and ensuring engineering teams understand priorities and deadlines. Validate deliverables through product acceptance testing to confirm features meet requirements and customer expectations. Manage technical documentation, release notes, and internal/external communications. Support go-to-market efforts by partnering with marketing to position capabilities and craft product collateral. Track customer feedback, market trends, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions. This role focuses on building highly complex software products and operationalizing cutting-edge AI technologies to deliver enterprise value.

Required Qualifications

  • A degree in a technical field (computer science, engineering, or similar)
  • 6+ years of product management or closely related experience building complex, technical software products, preferably for enterprise or government customers
  • Strong technical fluency in AI and machine learning (ML) systems, with the ability to work effectively with software engineers, data scientists, ML engineers, and infrastructure teams
  • Hands-on experience and deep expertise in one or more of the following areas: LLM gateways, model routing, inference infrastructure, or model serving
  • Hands-on experience and deep expertise in one or more of the following areas: AI observability, model monitoring, model test and evaluation, or responsible AI practices
  • Hands-on experience and deep expertise in one or more of the following areas: Agent frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, configuration-driven workflows, tool calling, or workflow engines
  • Hands-on experience and deep expertise in one or more of the following areas: Retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, knowledge retrieval, or online and offline evaluation
  • Hands-on experience and deep expertise in one or more of the following areas: Enterprise platform services such as usage metering, automated billing, entitlements, policy enforcement, auditability, and tenant administration
  • Proven ability to turn ambiguous customer and business problems into clear product requirements, priorities, and measurable outcomes
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering teams throughout discovery, design, development, testing, launch, and iteration
  • Strong product judgment, including the ability to balance near-term customer needs with longer-term platform strategy and architectural considerations
  • Experience defining and using product metrics, platform KPIs, customer feedback, and usage data to guide decisions
  • The ability to communicate technical concepts and product tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • US citizenship and the eligibility and willingness to obtain and maintain a Secret (or above) US security clearance
  • Active Secret (or above) US security clearance

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a software engineer, ML engineer, data scientist, or solutions architect
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, APIs, distributed systems, or modern data and ML platforms
  • Proficiency with Figma to create product design artifacts (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, etc.)
