Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end development of Guardant Health's AI product roadmap and delivery for both internal operations and customer-facing experiences. Drive conversational, generative, agentic, and predictive AI initiatives to improve operational efficiency, scale service capacity, and enhance provider/patient engagement. Define CX flows, translate business needs into scalable product requirements, and partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Operations, Compliance, Legal) to implement AI-enabled solutions that streamline communication, personalize outreach, automate workflows, and ensure regulatory and privacy compliance. Require 7+ years in product management with 2+ in AI/ML products, healthcare AI experience, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, measurable impact on engagement and efficiency, and leadership across the product lifecycle from ideation to adoption and iteration. Hybrid onsite requirement for U.S. employees within 50 miles of Guardant facilities, with defined in-person/onsite collaboration days.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field
- 7+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years in AI/ML-driven products
- Strong knowledge of conversational, generative, agentic, and predictive AI applications
- Proven success delivering AI-enabled solutions in healthcare, diagnostics, or other regulated industries
- Deep understanding of healthcare workflows across providers, patients, and operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive presentations
