Job Summary
Drive AI product execution by translating emerging market trends in identity, security, and AI into well-scoped features and product improvements. Partner deeply across Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ship innovative features while ensuring products meet real-world customer requirements at scale. Own individual product initiatives from concept to launch, conducting research with CISOs, security architects, and compliance teams to validate pain points for AI-driven identity security. Contribute to thought leadership through external storytelling, including customer conversations, case studies, and analyst engagement. This role bridges startup speed with enterprise-grade thinking, reporting to the Senior Director, Product Management, with up to 25% travel.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in product management
- preferably in AI/ML

- Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM)

- Solid understanding of modern AI/ML concepts

- Ability to discuss technical tradeoffs with engineering teams
